Six water sections for boats, kayaks, and canoes. Three bank sites for anyone who'd rather stay on solid ground. Every stop has a captain waiting to put you to work.
Section 1 — HWY 183 to Texas River School
Best for families. Flat water, easy access.

Section 2 — Texas River School to FM 973
One portage, bring a rope. Good for experienced paddlers.

Tricky take-out. Canoe or kayak recommended.

Long stretch, more motorized traffic. Drift or jet boats welcome.
